if you've dated a woman that suddenly turned cold turkey by the end of the month, a probable explanation is that she has ended her 'estrus' period and have become cautious.
According to the book, 'The Chemistry Between Us,' authored by Dr. Larry Young and Brian Alexander, there are multiple studies on women's behavior during and after ovulation and how it affects their dating behavior. The 'wanton' persona emerges when a woman is ovulating. "With lower sense of anxiety and risk that accompanies ovulation, estrous women may be more willing to make the approach," say Dr. Geoffrey Miller, a psychologist at the University of New Mexico.
Dr. Miller and his team conducted a research study titled, 'Ovulation Cycle Effects on Tip Earnings by Lap-Dancers: Economic Evidence for Human Estrus.' Women earn more during their 'estrous' phase. This unconscious effect is powerful for both sexes. There is literally chemistry between men and women. Men exposed to estrous women show a spike in their testosterone level. This odor variability is no different from various monkey experiments that detail excitement on men when exposed to ovulation 'pheromones'. Humans can also unconsciously detect excitable odors. Moreover, women's physical attractiveness changes during ovulation. Dr. Miller notes that quality of voice of women, skin quality, and body shape ratio also changes during the ovulation timetable.
My advise is to take it slow and easy in dating. Your chemistry might be playing tricks on you.
